About

You run the business. We help your reputation show up online.

We look after the parts of your online presence that need ongoing attention rather than a one-off project — the website, the search foundation, the Google profile and the review replies — so the work you are already known for is easy to find and easy to understand.

Why we started

The gap between good work
and what people find.

We started Innovative Agency to help small businesses make the quality of their work easier to find, understand and trust. A business can earn strong word of mouth and still have an online presence that does not reflect it. When someone looks you up after a recommendation, clear service information and a current website can help them feel confident taking the next step.

Genuine reviews matter, but they do not tell the whole story. People also need to understand what you offer, where you work and how to reach you. Your website, business profiles and useful answers should tell that story together. When referrals are quieter, that same public presence helps people discovering your business understand what you do.

We are starting with small service businesses in Utah and Nevada, from our base in St. George, and we intend to help more businesses across the United States as we demonstrate the service locally and build the capacity to support them well. Where we work has the detail.

You should not have to choose between serving customers and keeping that information current. We handle the agreed website care, profile updates, content and reporting while you run the business. As your business grows, we help maintain an accurate public record of its services, work and reputation, using genuine information and your approvals.

How we approach the work

Agreed up front. Written down.
Reviewed by a person.

Clear responsibilities, work you can follow, and a person accountable for what we publish.

01 / SCOPE

A practical plan, built around your business.

We put the work, the cadence and who approves what in writing, and start with what will help your business first. If a service is not worth buying for you yet, we will say so before you buy it.

02 / OWNERSHIP

Your accounts stay yours.

Your website, domain, hosting and business profiles belong to you. We work as an authorized manager through access you grant, and you can withdraw it at any time without losing anything.

03 / AI ASSISTANCE

Used openly, reviewed by a person.

We use AI assistance in drafting and analysis where it genuinely helps. A person reads, edits and is accountable for everything published in your name. Nothing goes out unreviewed.

04 / MEASUREMENT

Your data, reported honestly.

Reporting comes from your own connected accounts. Where data is incomplete, delayed or missing entirely, the report says so rather than filling the gap with something that looks like progress.

What we do

Five services, and the reporting around them.

Each one has its own page with the scope, the boundaries and what we need from you.

  • Website maintenance — Planned website updates, content changes and functional checks within a clear scope.
  • SEO — Improve site structure, service information and the paths customers use to reach you.
  • AI search optimization — Clear business facts, useful answers and structured content for an evolving search landscape.
  • Google Business Profile — Authorized profile updates that connect your services, website and business information.
  • Reviews & Google Posts — Plan updates and prepare thoughtful review responses with your approvals built in.

A question we are asked

Being well reviewed
is not the same as being found.

Why might a well-reviewed business still be hard to find?

Reviews are one part of the picture rather than the whole of it. Google describes local results as weighing how well a business matches the search, how far away it is from the person searching, and how well known it is overall. So a business with genuinely good reviews can still be hard to find if its services, areas and hours are incomplete or out of date, or if the website never says plainly what it does. Those are the parts we can work on. We start by looking at what is actually happening for your business rather than assuming one cause.
