Privacy notice

Who this applies to

Innovative Agency, a DBA of Pegasus Digital Ventures LLC, which operates this website. This notice covers this website and email sent to the address published on it.

What this website has

These are static pages. This site has:

• no web form, account or login;
• no analytics;
• no advertising, remarketing or conversion trackers;
• no cookies, local storage or similar identifiers set by this site;
• no scripts, fonts, maps, videos or widgets loaded from another company.

Nothing on these pages asks you for information, so you are not asked to accept cookies before reading them.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Delivering a page involves request information such as the address requested, the time, the browser identifier sent with the request and the network address it came from. Microsoft processes that information to serve the site and operate the platform, under Microsoft's terms. We have not added analytics or visitor reporting to this site.

When you email us

The address published on this site opens a message in your own email application. Your message is sent by your email provider and delivered to our business mailbox, which is hosted on Microsoft 365. Like any business correspondence, it is handled by your email provider and by ours.

We read what you send in order to reply, and to carry out the work you ask for if you become a client. Emailing us does not add you to a marketing list.

Please do not email passwords, card or bank details, or your own customers' personal records.

Client service data

Information handled while delivering services to an existing client — access to a website, a Google Business Profile, analytics accounts or the client portal — is governed by the written agreement with that client, not by this website notice. The client portal is a separate application, and this notice does not describe it.

Asking about your information

If you want to know what we hold from your correspondence with us, or want it deleted, email us and say so. info@myinnovativeagency.com

What is planned, and not active yet

Two additions are planned for a later update of this website: Google Analytics, and a form for people who would rather type a message here than open their own email application. Neither is active in this release. There is no analytics script, no form, no tracker and no cookie on these pages today, and nothing has been collected through either of them.

Before either one is switched on, this notice is updated to describe what it collects, why, which providers are involved and what choices you have. That update is published before the feature goes live, not afterwards.

Changes

If this website changes what it does — by adding a form or analytics, for example — this notice is updated before that change goes live. The version published here is the current one.
