Reviews & Google Posts

Keep your business present and responsive.

Reviews get read, and so do the replies. A business that answers thoughtfully — including when the review is unfair — tells a prospective customer something no advertising can.

  • What it coversReview monitoring, response drafts a person has read, and a planned schedule of posts.
  • What it is notNo invented reviews, no review gating, and no removal of a negative review.
  • Who approvesYour approval route is written down: every response, or a defined category you pre-approve.

The problem this solves

The intention is there. The time is not.

Most owners mean to respond to reviews. Then a week passes, then a month, and replying to something from February feels worse than not replying at all. The same happens to posts: the profile shows an update from last spring and nothing since.

This service supplies the attention and the drafting. You keep the judgement calls, and your voice stays yours.

Scope

Drafted by us. Published on your terms.

Response authority, publishing access and frequency are set in the agreement before anything is posted.

Included

  • Monitoring new reviews on the profiles you authorize, so nothing sits unanswered for weeks.
  • Response drafts written for the specific review, reviewed by a person before anything is published.
  • An agreed approval route: either you approve each response, or you pre-approve a defined category — for example straightforward positive reviews — and everything else comes to you.
  • A planned schedule of Google Posts: what is worth saying, when, and with which image.
  • Image selection from photos you own or authorize, sized correctly for the format.
  • Publishing once access is configured, with a record of what went out and when.

Refused, without exception

  • Writing, buying, soliciting or incentivising fake reviews. This is fraud, it violates Google’s policies, and it is not something we will do at any price.
  • Review gating — asking happy customers for a public review and routing unhappy ones somewhere private. It breaches Google’s policies.
  • Removing a negative review. Only Google can remove a review, and only if it violates policy. We can help you flag one that genuinely does.
  • Bulk engagement, reply automation posted without human review, or responses generated and published unseen.
  • Any claim that replying to reviews improves your ranking by itself. Responses matter because people read them.

Approval flow

Nothing is published unseen.

  1. 01

    Noticed

A new review or a scheduled post slot comes up on the profiles you authorized.

  2. 02

    Drafted

A response or post is written for that specific situation, with an image where one is appropriate.

  3. 03

    Reviewed

A person at the agency reads it. Anything sensitive, factual or contested goes to you regardless of the standing approval.

  4. 04

    Published and recorded

It goes out through authorized access, and the record of what was published sits in your client workspace.

Questions

Including the uncomfortable ones.

Will you reply to reviews as us?

Responses are published from your profile, because that is the only way they can appear. Who drafts them and who approves them is written into the agreement, and you can require sign-off on every single one.

How do you handle a bad review?

Carefully, and usually more briefly than people expect. A short, non-defensive reply that acknowledges the issue and offers a way to resolve it offline reads better to the next customer than an argument. Anything contested comes to you before it is posted.

Can you get a false review taken down?

We can help you report it to Google with the relevant policy cited. Removal is Google’s decision and is often refused. We will not charge for a guaranteed removal.

Are the drafts AI-generated?

We use AI assistance to draft, and a person reads, edits and is accountable for every response before it is published. Nothing goes out unread.

How often should we post?

Often enough to be current, rarely enough to have something worth saying. The cadence is agreed in your scope rather than set to hit a number.

Often scoped together

Reviews and posts live on the profile, and what they say has to agree with the rest of your public information.

  • Google Business Profile — Authorized profile updates that connect your services, website and business information.
  • AI search optimization — Clear business facts, useful answers and structured content for an evolving search landscape.
  • Markets we serve — where this work is delivered today, and how remote management actually runs.
  • Contact — describe the business and we will say where we would start.

Let's start with a conversation

How far behind are your replies?

If the honest answer is months, that is the usual starting point rather than an embarrassment. Tell us where the profiles are and we will suggest how to catch up.
